• Read the terms !!!!! Order Cancelations 1.We invest time and money in every order placed as soon as your payment is processed (our automated processes begin immediately after the order is placed). For this reason and since there is work involved internally with canceling an order, all orders canceled for any reason will be charged a 15% cancelation fee. By placing an order with us (online or by phone), you agree to pay a 15% cancelation fee should you decide to cancel your order for any reason. This fee is charged even if you cancel immediately after placing the order. Please be sure of your order, and it's accuracy, before you place it with us. We do not like to charge a cancelation fee and apologize for having to do so, but it is necessary when cancelations occur. 2.Threatening us that you will tell your friends, post negative comments on the internet, dispute the credit card charge, etc, will NOT cause us to waive this fee. Unless you are 100% sure you want the order, please do NOT place it. Thank you for your understanding of this policy. 3.Orders can not be canceled by email. Any cancelations via email will not be accepted. You must call 704-684-0650 during normal business hours and speak to a representative to cancel you order.
• The last couple years going through new ownership, new website(s), surges, etc.. Classic Firearms (was Classic Arms) is much improved!
• Don't always believe in the online status. I've had 3 gun deals now that I ordered online, got an email confirming order, 2 days later email stating out-of-stock. Called in and verified out-of-sotck but website still has instock.
• Great Company! Ammo arrived via UPS within a few days of ordering.
• Excellent Customer Service and great people.
• I ordered 3 Tantals & 1 Yugo under folder. They were very polite & professional. Items arrived in 3 days from date of order, I would recommend them and will do business again. Their prices are the most reasonable in today's current market.
• Ever since obama has been in office it has been gouge city at classic arms. Just look at when the assault weapons ban was supposed to be reinstated, they channged all of their AK prices to (Price On Request) and why do all of their descriptions end with a doom and gloom statements, such as "Last ones we will ever get" or " Never to bee seen again" and this is just on the Mosin Nagat rifles. When a fellow enthusiast screws over another enthusiast all must take note
• Fast shipping. Extremely courteous on the phone. Prompt attention to customers' requests. Definitely recommend.
• First Class all the way, ordered on a thursday and it was here on monday, for the price you cannot beat it will be a returning customer in the future.
• This is no longer current and the deal should be pulled.
• Classic Arms is a first class operation. Items have always been as good or better than described and they ship ultra fast. Two thumbs up.
